About ODOC and History
Oregon Doctors of Chiropractic was formed by a group of chiropractors in 1991.
Two hallmarks accepted by the members of ODOC are:
- Narrow in scope of principles of chiropractic
- Broad application in the practice of chiropractic
Many members of ODOC practice traditional hands-on chiropractic and many members utilize newly developed procedures.
Chiropractic works to improve the health of an individual by removing interference to the nervous system and how this is accomplished is a varied as there are chiropractors.
Continuing education is important part of ODOC for informing the profession of the latest developments while honing skills required to practice chiropractic in the new millennium.
